The Monthly Reload Bonus is a once-a-month bonus which can be awarded every month, providing you have made a deposit within those periods.
If you enter the bonus code VIPRELOAD (all CAPS) in the 'Promotion code' section of the Deposit page when making your first deposit of the month, your Promotional Balance will be credited with a Bonus worth the same amount up to the value of £500.
To convert this Reload Bonus into real, playable cash, you will need to turnover/handle an amount worth 50x your bonus value.
Once converted, the Reload Bonus will be added to your account balance and can either be played or withdrawn like normal money.
